Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original museum packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Receive Refund

  Once our curatorial team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
